MAPAS do IGO Primo

Boa Tarde estou com problema na instalação do Igo Primo
o navegador carrega e abre normalmente permite alterações na configuração com excessão do mapa
a tentar acessar o mapa no icone da primeira tela não consigo visualização, aparece a informação de que o junctionview_mixed.ini esta fora da resolução ou aparece a informação de que o laneinfo.ini esta com problema.

o meu GPS é um Dynamic 3.5 com SDMMC de 4GB onde alem do PRIMO esta instalado o IGO8.3 e o AMIGO mais o Menu do Capulleto tudo funcionando perfeitamente com excessão do PRIMO
quem puder me ajudar a resolver o enigma fico agradecido
